Returns & Refunds policy

Returns & Exchanges requests are accepted within 1 day of delivery. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags attached. Please ensure the original packaging is intact. Partial delivery is not acceptable.

Return & Exchanges costs 60 EGP for Great Cairo & 80 EGP for other cities.
